Clare tells Alex that she had this dress custom made for her daughter to wear to the event, but Alex refuses and throws a fit about it.
Clare is strict and won't tolerate this behavior. Alex gets a hard spanking over her knee and then is made to strip. But she's not just going to wear the babyish party dress now. For her childish behavior and refusal to obey her mother, she's going to be tightly taped into a big, puffy, crinkly white diaper before they leave.
